Summer Adventure in PA Part I

Our summer trip to Pennsylvania to visit Grammie and Gramps has gotten off to a great start! We are just halfway through our safari week and I am happy to report that there hasn't been much to make me cry, except horses. Cora may be ready to ride horses, but I am not. Even a nice, old, calm pony named Norman isn't enough to thrill me into ridding horses. Luckily we have had plenty of other fun activities that I have thoroughly been enjoying.
We've had so many fun activities like blowing bubbles, fishing and playing ball in the backyard. We got to play at the park down the street, go for walks, play games, watch movies, and visit the Elk Visitor's Center. Grammie has been going nonstop all week with us, and even when she needs to rest we have a kitchen to play with and lots of monster trucks to roll around the house. Maggie is fun to play with as long as she isn't nipping my cute little toes! We took a trip to a restaurant that had goats and cows outside that we could look at, and my favorite part was eating my very own ice cream cone on the porch after dinner!!
I'm getting excited to see what the rest of the week has in store, and as long as it includes driving in the side-by-side at camp, then that will make me happy as a clam.
