Happy Groundhog Day

There was need for the Groundhog to tell us whether spring is coming. It's already here. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the Groundhog craft we made at school; I wear it quite well! When we aren't outside enjoying the weather, I've been trying to practice writing my letters and numbers. Mommy got me a calendar for my room so I can practice writing numbers and understanding days, months and years. On thing I do love doing is writing on the white board. Mommy taught me how to draw an eagle and I enjoy drawing them now. The other day I was drawing constellations too. The other day, Jeff stopped by to visit us and he was drawing superheroes with sidewalk chalk on our driveway. I loved how he drew all my favorites, especially Batman and the Hulk, and perhaps he will inspire me to keep drawing. I was disappointed when it rained overnight and all the drawings were gone!

Over the weekend I went roller skating for my first time ever! I thought it was a little easier than ice skating and Mommy was impressed at how well I did. I skated with her most of the time, but by the time we had to leave, I could skate around on my own. Luckily Cora's friend Nora was fun to skate with because she went the same speed as me!
