It was a great Memorial Day weekend! I celebrated my 7th birthday and we had a visit from Mimi and Papa! The Friday before my birthday we visited the school we will be attending next school year. Then, we picked up Mimi and Papa at the airport. Not sure where I picked it up, but I had a really high fever that evening so I had to stay in bed. Luckily my fever was better by the morning and we were able to go strawberry picking in the morning. It was really hot that weekend and we spent a good bit of time inside enjoying company from Mimi and Papa and we continued the fun on my birthday. I got some great presents for my birthday and enjoyed the jet cake that Mom made for me. On Memorial Day we got to go to the swimming pool.
