It doesn't take me long to pick up new things. It also doesn't hurt that I have an excellent teacher. Dad recently taught me how to tie my shoes. Guess what? In a matter of a few tried, I was tying like a pro! I am proud of myself for being able to do that; something most of my friends still can't do. Speaking of my friends, I'm quite a social guy these days. Last weekend I went to a birthday party and had an absolute BLAST. We played lots of games, had pizza, s'mores, cupcakes and popcorn. When it was nighttime, we sat in teepees and watched a movie.The other day I had a playdate at the park where a bunch of my friends from school got together. While we were there, I caught Mom off guard and went right across the monkey bars, completely unassisted. Again, I pick things up quickly once I'm ready to do it - especially with a big sister that I look up to!
